Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship? 
We ship all over Australia using Australia Post. We are hoping to expand this to overseas in the near future! Please contact us at info@purepetproducts.com.au if you live outside of Australia and would like to place an order.

Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order!

Will I be notified when my order has been shipped? 
You will receive a tracking number from Australia Post or the courier company used, depending on your location.

How long do orders take to arrive?
We ship using Australia Post standard delivery. Please use your tracking number for more information on Aus Post delivery times.
Our Gourmet Meals and Protein pots are delivered to Perth Metro areas on Fridays and Saturdays or can be picked up from our Nedlands store by appointment only.

Do I need to be home when my order arrives?
Only if you have ordered one of our gourmet meals or protein pots. These products are only available to local Perth Metro residents. They are delivered fresh-frozen in cool bags so we recommend you are home at time of delivery to ensure the items don’t spoil.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
We offer exchanges on all products to ensure your pet LOVES their treats. Exchanges will only be made when the original product is returned in it’s original packaging. Refunds will only be available in the case of damaged products. Please email us at info@purepetproducts.com.au and include your order number in your message to us.
